Ultrasonic Restoration Saves Time and Improves Profits

Your disaster restoration company will do whatever it takes to restore valuable home and business contents following a flood or fire. Traditionally, this has meant laborious and delicate handwork performed by your employees. Even with hours of painstaking attention, however, 30 – 40 percent of the contents you clean may be lost to smoke, mold and water damage that can't be recovered. That is, unless you use the Restoration Pro® System.

“We went from doing 14-15 boxes per day to 60 boxes per day. That is how fast you can clean with this system. I was able to reduce the cleaning crew from 6 to 3 or 4 people.”

Mark Keller, co-owner of Steamatic, Las Vegas

Our revolutionary ultrasonic restoration technology eliminates tedious hand-cleaning as it helps you increase production and restore more valuables for your clients. Utilizing our industry proven assembly-line process, our system lets you clean more items per hour with fewer people — enabling you to reduce overhead and increase profits.

The Old Way — More Work, Less Profits

Steamatic of Las Vegas used to clean damaged small content by hand, with six employees using toothbrushes, Q-tips, fingertips, sponges and cleaning clothes. On a good day, the company was able to clean 14 to 15 boxes of contents with a 70 percent recovery rate. Getting delicate or intricate items clean and odor free was virtually impossible.

The Omegasonics Way — Less Work, More Profits

Today, Steamatic cleans 60 boxes a day with just 3 to 4 people and boasts an average recovery rate of 90 percent. This helps its insurance clients reduce cash outs — a big competitive advantage for Steamatic. With Omegasonics' Restoration Pro® System, Steamatic has deployed a proven assembly line process to safely and rapidly clean electronics, crystal, china, figurines, pewter, brass, silver, porcelain, plastic, firearms, and more. Even delicate electronic items and computers can now be restored rather than discarded, improving the bottom line for both Steamatic and its clients.

The Process — Streamlined and Simple

The Omegasonics Restoration Pro® System includes a pre-wash station, an ultrasonic unit, a rinse-detail station and a tunnel dryer. Processing electronics requires an electronic cleaning station and an electronic drying chamber. Our ultrasonic units are portable, easy-to-use, and are offered in four (4) sizes to meet a variety of needs. After pre-washing, the ultrasonic unit uses micron-sized cavitation bubbles to gently remove all traces of dirt, soot, mold, scale, rust and other residue from virtually any surface, both inside and out. As a result, the Restoration Pro® System saves time and labor while enabling you to recover more items and increase revenue.
