Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines for Aircraft Engine Parts, Jet Engine Parts and more

Aerospace — Ultrasonic Cleaning Reduces Cleaning Costs and Boosts Your Bottom Line

Rising costs have many businesses like yours walking a tight rope, constantly balancing between profitability and customer service. Fortunately, you no longer have to worry about compromises in your parts cleaning process. Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaners can save thousands of dollars while cleaning your parts faster and more thoroughly than any other method.

Whether you clean steel, titanium or aluminum components, ultrasonic washing outperforms hand-cleaning in a number of ways:

  • Replaces costly and toxic petroleum-based solvents with a variety of water based cleaning soaps including our eco-friendly enzyme solution OmegaZyme
  • Ensures personnel safety by eliminating regulated solvents
  • Cleans in less time without soaking and scrubbing
  • Cuts costs by reducing labor or eliminating the need to outsource parts cleaning
  • Keeps customers happy by improving turnaround
  • Does all of this in an easy-to-learn process — no training is needed

How Our Customers Use Our Products

Eaton Aerospace's customers, which include the U.S. military, demand perfection in the hydraulic tubing systems they purchase for their aircrafts. Before using Omegasonics washers, Eaton cleaned the steel tubing it produced manually, using Stoddard solvent to remove oils and lubricants used in the production process from metal tubes. Eaton now uses the Omegasonics Super Pro and Omegasonics Pro Plus to clean the components thoroughly in a hands-off process, saving precious and costly labor time while improving safety through the use of Omegasonics’ organic cleaning solution. Van's Manufacturing used to outsource a majority of its parts cleaning processes because its customers specify extra-clean parts to prevent rust. To reduce the costs of outsourcing and improve turnaround for customers, Van's purchased a custom-designed ultrasonic washer from Omegasonics that includes two tanks, one for washing and one for rinsing. In addition to saving time and money, Van's likes the fact that the washer uses an organic cleaning bath that lasts longer than solvents and is more easily disposed of.

“We just put (the parts) in the Omegasonics unit, adjust the settings, and walk away to do something else while they're being cleaned,” said Bud Greener of Eaton Aerospace. The company calculates that ultrasonic cleaning saves at least 20 hours of labor per week.
