Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution for Marine Engine Motors
Power Sports — Ultrasonic Cleaners Save Time and Money in Power Sports Repairs
If you're still cleaning outboard motors or critical components from motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles or jetskis by hand, you're wasting time and resources that could be used to improve service and grow your repair center.
Omegasonics’ easy-to-use ultrasonic cleaning equipment eliminates tedious hand cleaning of complex components such as carburetors, suspensions, inner primaries, fuel injectors, heads, cases and pistons using harsh solvents, saving time and allowing your technicians to perform more valuable work. Minimal disassembly is required: just put the parts in one of our ultrasonic cleaners, turn it on, and walk away. Our products clean the dirtiest parts in a fraction of the time it takes to do the job by hand. Moreover, ultrasonic cleaning is safer and more thorough than hand cleaning — ensuring customer satisfaction and fewer come-backs. Even for smaller shops, our products pay for themselves in a short period of time.
Our ultrasonic cleaners:

How Leading Manufacturers Use Our Products
Technicians at Ephrata Cycle and Sports, which sells and repairs racing bikes, cruisers and ATVs, used to spend a lot of time tearing down carburetors and other components for cleaning. Using an Omegasonics® Pro Plus, proprietor Chuck Aughinbaugh has freed his shop of most of this drudgery and virtually eliminated the tough job of cleaning parts with surfaces that are difficult to get at. “When I'm cleaning a four-stack carburetor, I leave them on the plate,” Aughinbaugh explained. “The only things I don't put into the machine (ultrasonic bath) are the occasional vacuum diaphragm.”
Eric Peterson, owner of Specialty Marine in Oxnard, CA, said that his ultrasonic cleaning solution, OmegaClean, removes oil, grease, carbon and other contaminants better than aerosol solvents and hand-cleaning. He likes the fact that the solution is non-toxic and environmentally safe. The cleaner's buffers protect aluminum finishes and its silicates guard against flash rusting. And by charging a flat fee for cleaning a carburetor, his table top unit has become a profit center.
Transmission seal leaks are a tough job on a Harley Davidson. But All American Harley Davidson has shaved about an hour off of the four-hour repair process. “I now remove the inner-primary and put it into the Omegasonics,” said Christian Harms, master technician. “No wiping, no special preparation. While the inner-primary is getting clean, I’m free to replace seals and do other work.”
