What are advantages for the marketplace using Omegasonics ultrasonic cleaning machines and ultrasonic cleaning solutions

There are two main advantages to moving away from solvents and towards ultrasonic cleaning:

1. Solvents throughout country are being outlawed or becoming very expensive with cost of oil and increasing at record rates and there are more regulations when using solvents along with higher labor.
2. Using ultrasonic cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning solutions cut labor costs, precision cleaning internal components; water based chemistry for less cost than solvents. Ultrasonic systems get you precision cleaning lasts longer and cheaper disposal cost.

The cleaning industry seems to be moving towards automation where do you see it going Frank?

Frank Pedeflous:

Large robotic cleaning processes still experience bottle necks now. Using batch systems to place throughout plant for multiple users at one time. Placing multiple ultrasonic cleaning machines in several locations through out a facility will allow for lower overhead cost compared to robotic cleaning.

Ken Rayment:

Where do you see future of Ultrasonic Cleaning with General Manufacturing?

Frank Pedeflous:

Is the general manufacturing side more of an interest in US rather than overseas? There is a somewhat flat shifting back and forth between states and overseas. Export is up with higher interest in mechanical parts overseas.

Ken Rayment:

What about the cleaning industry, where do you see it going?

Frank Pedeflous:

1. More precision manufacturing means higher demand for precision aspects are much more important. Complexity of parts being cleaned continually is greater. Precision market continuing to expand allowing ultrasonic cleaning systems to really take off.
2. Move precision cleaning out to machine flow. Production overseas is generally lower. The table top ultrasonic cleaner allows minute amount of water with high pressure air to clean and then moved to drying chamber.

Precision cleaning

1. More foreign interest (export going up)
2. Everyone wants smaller items so it makes it more important to be more precise
3. Switching from ultrasonics cleaning more towards water based cleaning company with ultrasonic cleaning machines, electronic spray cleaning (non ultrasonic) equipment, and drying chambers.
4. What's being used? Predominately for restorations of old electronics or fire damaged material, the moisture on product is not too much to get out.
5. Selling to companies that do electronic restoration, i.e. fire, flood
