Simi Valley, CA Omegasonics has just announced the expansion of their line of ultrasonic cleaning systems for the fire and smoke restoration contractors. The company now offers six (6) different units to fit a variety of sizes and needs.
Special features maximize cleaning efficiency. Using a combination of unique design features, the Omega Fire Pro line is safe and economical to operate. Fully insulated tank bodies with digitally controlled, non-immersion, silicone blanket heaters provide accurate tank heating with no exposed heating elements that can harm employees. Self- contained generators are enclosed and fully protected for safety from damage and abuse. Optional features include a dual stage filtration system to filter out even mold spores and gray water contamination to as fine as one (1) micron. External Power Adjust provides precise ultrasonic control to protect delicate surfaces such as crystal and fine china with gold in-lay borders. Digital Timer allows for exact cleaning times to protect delicate items from extended exposure to ultrasound.
Full range of models available. Omegasonics offers six models of varying bath size and power: the Omega Fire Pro 5200® has a 100 gallon capacity at 4000 watts of ultrasound, the Omega Fire Pro 4818® has a 75 gallon capacity at 3000 watts of ultrasound, the Omega Fire Pro 3600® has a 55 gallon capacity at 2000 watts of ultrasound, the Omega Fire Pro 2800® has a 43 gallon capacity at 2000 watts of ultrasound, the Omega Fire Pro 1800® and the Omega Fire Pro 1800BT® bench top unit both have a 25 gallon capacity at 1000 watts ultrasound.
