Simi Valley, CA — Omegasonics has just announced the Omega 5200 Pre-Wash®. The Omega 5200 Pre-Wash® is a component piece to our Omega Restoration Pro® System providing a heated, non-ultrasonic, primary stage pre-wash. The pre-wash removes loose, heavy, surface and soot contamination prior to entering the ultrasonic phase. By removing loose contaminants first, the ultrasonic bath can more effectively use its precision cleaning capabilities. Also, the subsequent ultrasonic bath will last longer without constant fluid changes if used with the Omega 5200 Pre-Wash®. Dimensions are 52" length x 24" width x 20" working depth.
Increase profitability by 500% over hand cleaning. The Omega 5200 Pre-Wash® is designed for the most efficient use in the Omegasonics Assembly Line cleaning process which can increase work flow on general contents from one(1) box per hour to as many as twelve(12) boxes per hour. Fully insulated tank bodies with digitally controlled, non-immersion, silicone blanket heaters provide accurate tank heating with no exposed heating elements that can harm employees.
The most standard benefits in the industry. The Digital Temperature Control allows for exact cleaning temperatures to protect delicate items from exposure to high heat. A new Low Liquid Level Sensor protects heat elements from accidental damage due to operator neglect.
Precision filtration. A dual stage filtration system utilizing an upgraded pump, filters the bath without causing damage to the basket contents. Parallel opposed spray bar effectively circulate bath water below and above contents baskets. Filters down to 1 micron can be used for filtering mold spores.
