Simi Valley, CA — Omegasonics has just announced their new Restoration Pro® System. The Restoration Pro® System is a complete package providing restoration professionals every piece of equipment required to quickly and efficiently process eight(8) to twelve(12) boxes of small contents per hour. This system includes a gravity feed roller conveyor, a heated pre-wash tank, a heated ultrasonic unit, a rinse-detail station, an electronics cleaning station, an electronics drying chamber, an anti-static test table, and all the necessary supplies and chemistry to properly process small content including electronics.
Increase profitability by 500% over hand cleaning. The Restoration Pro® System is the complete package and is the framework of the Omegasonics Assembly Line cleaning process which can increase work flow on general contents from one(1) box per hour to as many as twelve(12) boxes per hour. Although cost savings will vary from user to user, a number of restoration companies have paid for the equipment in less than one(1) year.
Special features maximize cleaning efficiency. Using a combination of unique design features, the Restoration Pro® System is safe and economical to operate. Fully insulated tank bodies with digitally controlled, non-immersion, silicone blanket heaters provide accurate tank heating with no exposed heating elements that can harm employees. Self-contained generators are enclosed and fully protected for safety from damage and abuse. Every piece of equipment in the Restoration Pro® System has been designed to meet the exacting standards set by respected consultants in the disaster restoration industry.
The most standard benefits in the industry. An External Power Adjust provides precise ultrasonic control to protect delicate surfaces such as crystal and fine china with gold in-lay borders housed behind a protective access door. The Digital Timer allows for exact cleaning times to protect delicate items from extended exposure to ultrasound. A new Low Liquid Level Sensor protects heat elements from accidental damage due to operator neglect.
Training increases efficiency. Two (2) training courses are available: 1. Instruction on the proper use of the ultrasonic system used for cleaning general and specialty content. 2. Instruction on use of the electronic cleaning station and drying chamber for the correct processing of electrical and electronic items. Both courses are taught at the client location.
