Simi Valley, CA — Omegasonics has just announced their Omega Restoration Rinse-Detail Station®. With two(2) sizes to offer, the Rinse-Detail Station® provides a sink basin with a free flowing faucet rinse and an integrated counter top work area and is an integral part of the Omega Restoration Pro® System. The unit is portable for easy set-up and positioning. The Omega Rinse-Detail Station® is manufactured with all stainless steel construction.
Increase profitability by 500% over hand cleaning. The Omega Rinse-Detail Station® is designed for the most efficient use in the Omegasonics Assembly Line cleaning process which can increase work flow on general contents from one(1) box per hour to as many as twelve(12) boxes per hour. Although cost savings will vary from user to user, a number of restoration professionals have paid for the equipment in less than one(1) year.
Pull-down faucet improves work flow. The Omega Rinse-Detail Station® allows the restoration professional to remove baskets of content from the Omega Restoration Pro® 5224, place the baskets into the sink and rinse off any soap residue. A convenient overhead pull-down spray faucet can be plumbed with cold de-ionized and hot tap water for greater flexibility.
Storage shelves improve flexibility. Two(2) shelves located under the counter top work area provide additional storage and handling for chemistry and supplies.
Two (2) sizes. Omega Rinse-Detail Stations® come in two(2) sizes. The Detail-STD is 76" overall length and can handle four(4) baskets at a time — two(2) in the sink and two(2) on the counter top. The Detail-LG is 124" overall length and processes six(6) baskets at a time — three(3) in the sink and three(3) on the counter top staging platform. Using the Detail-LG allows the operator to process up to twelve(12) baskets at one time when used in the Omega Restoration Pro System®.
