NEW OMEGASONICS PRODUCT, OMEGA PRO X2, INCORPORATES SEPARATE RINSE TANK

Simi Valley, CA (August 4, 2006) - Omegasonics, a leading manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning solutions, is introducing the Omega Pro X2, a portable two-stage ultrasonic cleaning system.

The new dual-stage washers are designed for customer applications that demand an immediate hot water rinse. The multi-stage console cleans a wide variety of precision parts industrial components in a compact, space-saving design. The Omega Pro X2 comprises a heated, ultrasonic primary wash stage with dual cartridge filtration and a heated, ultrasonic optional rinse stage with a single stage filtration system. The illuminated operator control panel is designed for convenience and ease of use, featuring a digital ultrasonic timer and digital temperature controls for each independent tank.

The Omega Pro X2 offers a standard tank size of 18" length x 18" width x 14" liquid depth and 2000 watts peak ultrasound. Custom sizes are also available, along with a variety of Omegasonics options.

"Our Omega Pro series has been well-received by a broad range of industrial users," said Frank Pedeflous of Omegasonics. "Customer feedback has shown the need for a unit with a separate rinse tank, which is why we added the Omega Pro X2 to our lineup."
