Proven Assembly Line Restoration Process

The Omega Restoration Pro® System uses a proven assembly line process to streamline cleaning and drying processes and achieve dramatic productivity gains for your business.

Step 1: Pre Wash

Items are placed in a basket before entering the Omega 5200® Pre-Wash unit, which creates a superior agitation action to gently remove heavy areas of soot and other contaminants. A filtration system includes a triggered spray for increased pre-wash production.

Step 2: Ultrasonic Wash

Here, ultrasonic technology dislodges all remaining dirt and soot, getting into the smallest recesses that can be missed with hand tools and visual inspection. The 5224UW® also includes a filtration system with a triggered spray for added cleaning flexibility.

Step 3: Rinse-Detail

Contents baskets are place into the Rinse-Detail Sink and rinsed off removing an residual soap and debris. The pull down sprayer allows use of soft, RO or De-I water.

Step 4: Tunnel Drying

Once rinsed, baskets are placed onto the load conveyor and fed into the tunnel dryer. The tunnel dryer enables you to dry three (3) baskets of contents in five (5) minutes or less! This easy to use unit utilizes continuous, down-draft re-circulating hot air with entrance and exit doors to contain heat and improve drying times.
