Returns and Refunds
Omegasonics must be notified of any intent to return soaps, baskets, parts, accessories or ultrasonic equipment within fourteen calendar days of purchase. All product must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging for the return to be accepted at our facility. There is a 25% restocking fee and the customer must pay for the return shipping.

Refunds will be issued within five days of merchandise return and inspection to confirm no damage has occurred to the product(s) in question. Specific details related to a refund or a credit for your transaction can be obtained by calling (800) 669-5227.
Shipping & Delivery
Soap and accessories are shipped via UPS prepaid and invoiced to the client. Equipment is shipped by a carrier of our choice, prepaid and invoiced. The cost of shipping is based on weight, dimensional weight and final delivery destination as well as delivery time. Standard delivery is ground transportation but can be amended to a faster method by written confirmation from the client.
Omegasonics can ship using the client’s preferred carrier and method as a third party collection if we receive these instructions in writing. UPS shipping is ground or faster if authorized within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require 2 Day Air or faster – there are no Ground options to these locations.
