This new series of automatic lift ultrasonic cleaning machines offers you the benefits of ultrasonic cleaning technology, even if you’re working with unusually heavy machinery. These units are equipped with pneumatic lifting platforms to move components into and out of cleaning tanks safely and easily. Their simple color touchscreen interfaces give the operator seamless control. Once cleaning is complete, the lifting platforms provide agitation to flush fluid from hidden holes and crevices. Agitation moves the basket up and down with to remove any loose dirt remaining in crevices after the ultrasonic process.

The PowerLift 4500 is an ideal ultrasonic cleaning tool for those cleaning large, heavy items such as transmission cases, large castings and molds, and heat exchangers.

The Omegasonics PowerLift 4500 series units also are designed with efficiency in mind. Lifting pistons are located outside each unit’s cleaning bath, creating more room for components and ensuring cleaning detergent power is maximized.
