This advanced system offers a powerful ultrasonic wash followed by a secondary rinse stage, which can be configured as either ultrasonic or non-ultrasonic—providing a superior level of contaminant and soap residue removal compared to traditional single-stage batch systems.
Once rinsed, your parts move into a hot-air, updraft recirculating dryer that ensures they’re completely dry and ready for the next step—whether that’s continued manufacturing or delivery to your customer.
The Viking X2 can be configured with Pro, Pro Plus, Super Pro, Power Pro 6000 capacity tanks, or custom-sized to meet your specific application needs.
