Overview
Omegasonics is committed to providing high-quality ultrasonic parts cleaning systems built to withstand demanding industrial environments. This policy outlines our warranty coverage, return & refund rules, and customer deposit terms.
Warranty
Omegasonics warrants that its ultrasonic parts cleaning systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, which begins on the date of shipment from Omegasonics’ facility in Simi Valley, California, Omegasonics will repair or replace any covered defective components at no charge for parts or labor. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Omegasonics. Customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges to and from Omegasonics’ facility, and all claims must include proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue. This warranty is further conditioned on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of the product, including that the product has been cleaned and maintained solely with cleaning solutions sold or expressly approved by Omegasonics. This warranty is subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth below.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or any degradation, damage, or malfunction that is consistent with the product’s expected service life when used under normal operating conditions, in accordance with the Operation & Instruction Manual, and within the specified environmental and performance parameters.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or damage caused by cavitation erosion.
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance, including the use of any cleaning solutions or chemicals not sold or expressly approved by Omegasonics (e.g., those corrosive to 304 stainless steel).
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, alterations, or use of non-genuine replacement parts.
- Use outside the application or conditions specified in the Operation & Instruction Manual.
- Consumable or maintenance items, including but not limited to soaps, detergents, filters, seals, and gaskets.
- Operation in violation of applicable safety standards, codes, or regulations.
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost production time, downtime, or any other economic loss.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must first contact Omegasonics Customer Support by email at or by phone at (805) 583-0875, providing the product model number, serial number, original purchase date, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. Omegasonics will then evaluate the claim and, if approved, will repair, replace, or refund the defective component. Approved claims are typically resolved within 10 business days (i.e., parts shipped or repairs scheduled). In accordance with this Warranty Policy, Omegasonics may elect to repair or replace products, or provide a refund. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain detailed maintenance logs, as these records will help expedite the claims process and are often required to validate coverage under this warranty. All warranty claims remain subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth in this document.
Returns & Refunds
Omegasonics ultrasonic parts cleaning systems and related products are not returnable except for valid warranty claims or when prior written approval is obtained from Omegasonics.
Deposits
All customer deposits and prepayments are non-refundable upon receipt and will be forfeited in full if the order is cancelled for any reason. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.
