Viking DX3 Ultrasonic Cleaner
Does your application require an ultrasonic wash, a hot water rinse and a hot air dry? Then the Pro Series line of DX3’s gives you the versatility to rinse your cleaned parts in a non-ultrasonic or ultrasonic optional rinse bath before placing the cleaned parts in hot-air, updraft recirculating dryer. The secondary rinse bath provides a higher level of contaminant and soap residue rinsing than single stage batch processing. The third stage dryer ensures your parts are ready to move to the next stage of manufacturing or out to your client. The DX3 models can be built in our Pro, Pro Plus, Super Pro, Power Pro 6000 capacity tanks or custom sized to meet your exact needs.
